Few Questions about Guilds - Guild Wars Forums

Well, i've been looking for a guide on Guilds but i didn't find anything that answered my specific questions.

1. How much do guilds cost to make, how much does everything else cost for the guild. Example: The Capes, The Guild Hall etc. (How much would it be to get everything you can for the guild)

2. Does it cost Gold to send invites to people to join the guild?

3. What other purpose does a Guild Hall have? I've seen Guild Halls with gates etc, can you do a PVP in it against other guilds and defend your hall?

4. What is the Alliance battle?

5. What other cools features are there to a guild.
